Hello dog owners! We are a warm, reliable, and active family based here in the UK who absolutely adore dogs. I am a single mum with three wonderful, gentle, and animal-loving children. Due to our current living/renting situation, we unfortunately cannot have a pet of our own right now. However, we are bursting with affection and would love to channel that energy into helping you walk and care for your furry family members!

Our Group Size and Booking Policy:

One Household at a Time: To guarantee the absolute highest level of safety and care, we strictly only walk dogs from one household at a time. We will never mix your dog with pets from other families. Typically, we prefer to focus on one dog per walk, but we can manage two if they are small/medium and from the same home.

How We Prioritise Safety and Handle Emergencies:

Adult Control: As the adult, I will always be the sole person holding the lead and managing your dog. My children are well-taught that the lead is for Mummy only, ensuring total control at all times.

On-Lead & Attentive: We keep all dogs on a secure lead throughout the walk and strictly follow your road safety or reactivity instructions.

Emergency Preparedness: In the unlikely event of an emergency, I always carry a fully charged phone with me to contact you and Pawshake support immediately. I always ask owners for their preferred local vet details beforehand, so I can rush there directly if any urgent medical care is needed.

Nervous or Reactive Dogs: If your dog is anxious or reactive, I know how to keep a safe distance from triggers, choose quieter routes, and remain calm to let the dog set a comfortable pace.

Adapting to Special Requests:

We are happy to accommodate special routines! We can easily integrate basic, positive-reinforcement training commands during our walks (like "sit", "stay", or "heel") to keep your pup's habits consistent.

If required, we can also manage feeding, refreshing water bowls, or giving treats at the end of the walk according to your exact guidelines.

Supervising Children & Pet Interactions:

My children are extremely respectful of animals. I strictly supervise every single interaction between my kids and the pets we care for. They are taught never to disturb a dog while eating or resting, and to always ask my permission before petting.

We typically offer fun, engaging walks lasting 30 to 45 minutes in our beautiful local parks, tailored perfectly to your dog's energy levels.
