I’ve grown up in a family that has always had dogs, so being around animals has been a big part of my life. I currently have an elderly Labrador, which has given me experience caring for dogs at different life stages and understanding their individual needs. I’m definitely the type of person who goes to someone’s house and makes friends with the pets before the people!
As a sitter, I treat every pet like they’re my own. I’m happy to follow your pet’s usual routine to keep them comfortable and relaxed while you’re away. This includes feeding schedules, walks, playtime, and giving basic medication if needed. I typically take dogs on walks between 30–60 minutes depending on their age, breed, and energy levels.
If I’m house sitting, I make sure your home is respected and kept secure, and I’m always happy to send regular updates and photos so you know your pet is happy and well cared for.
I’m patient and calm with animals and comfortable looking after pets with different temperaments, whether they’re energetic, shy, or senior pets who need a little extra care.

I work Monday to Friday 8:30-17:00 so I would be available outside of those times to pop in and check on pets, take dogs for walks etc. I work from home Mondays and Fridays so if your local I could pop in on my lunch break. Then my weekends are generally pretty flexible. Im more than happy to be flexible to try and help you find the right care for your pets.
