Hi i'm Caitlin Holden, i'm 19 years old and i'm interested in pet sitting and dog walking. I have chose to put a restriction on how far i'll travel for walks (five mile) as i will most likely have to walk or take the bus. I love dogs and i have for a very long time, i love all breeds but my favourite breed would have to be a Dalmatian, they are unique and super gorgeous.

I have recently been awarded my Level 3 extended animal management diploma (MPP). This means i have knowledge on the Animal Welfare Act and i know how to properly care for animals, including when they are stressed, bored and in need of attention. I have cleaned, health checked and generally worked with many different species of animals, including: Dogs, cats, guinea pigs, rabbits, snakes, lizards and more!

I own a Patterdale Terrier called Toby, he is 12 years old, and i have owned him for over 10 years. I have recently gotten a female patterpoo puppy, though she is now almost 8 months old! This means i have an understanding of puppy behaviours and their needs which will help me when dog sitting any young dogs.

I currently own 4 guinea pigs, and i have owned guinea pigs for many years which means i am experienced with caring for them on a daily basis. My favourite breed of guinea pig is Himalayan guinea pigs as i love the coloured part on their nose and ears!

I will be willing to do any tasks i am asked to do, such as cleaning cages, walking dogs and training as i have a basic understanding of training and I'm always open to learning! I also clean the house (unless told not too) after sits - not usually day sits as i would not have made a mess, though if i have made a mess, i will of course clean up after myself.

I will need to know information about the animal i will be looking after to help keep them as safe as possible, this may include if your dog is friendly with other dogs, if your rodents bites or if your cat likes to be left alone.

I do not allow other animals into my home as my dog is very nervous around other dogs, and i wouldn't have room to home other animals.

I have currently pet sat for 2 families, one family that had a female shitzu and a male husky, and another family that has a female pomchi and a male chihuahua! I am soon to receive a review from a family that owns a male mixed breed dog.
