I am a friendly, reliable and experienced dog walker and pet sitter living in Harpenden. I work from home and have the flexibility to walk and look after your pets any time of the day, in the week and at weekends.  

I love animals and have had many pets over the years including horses, dogs, cats, rabbits, guinea pigs, hamsters and gerbils and would look after your pet with the attention and affection they deserve. I am used to administering oral medication and know that no two animals are the same, they all have different personalities and needs. 

Dog walking - I walk dogs on the many footpaths, parks and open countryside in the local area. I have my own car so can transport them if needed. I will make sure they have water and are clean and dry (as possible) on their return. Unless from the same household I will only walk one dog at a time to ensure they always have my full attention. 

Home visits / House sitting - whatever your pet needs, just let me know. I will make sure they have food, fresh water, clean out litter trays, hutches, groom them (if required), play with them and give them lots of cuddles (if they want them that is!). Happy to water plants, put bins out, take in parcels etc whilst you are away. Whether it be drop in visits or long stays whilst you are away, I will look after your home like my own and make sure it is well maintained, safe and secure.

Daycare / Boarding - I live in a relaxed, comfortable house with a large secure back garden that dogs can access any time they like. They will have the freedom of downstairs and are very welcome to relax and snooze on the sofas. My garden backs onto woods, with gated access, and leads onto many lovely footpaths and open spaces. There will be at least 2 walks a day and lots of cuddles and attention. Unless from the same household I will only look after one dog at a time. I am also able to look after rabbits, guinea pigs, hamsters and gerbils etc.

I understand how important communication is and will keep you regularly updated on how your pet (and home) is doing so you know they are safe, happy and healthy whilst you are away.
