Hello! My name is Ben, I am a History student at Lancaster University, and I am looking to pet-sit while I am back home in Stockport on break. 

On my profile are my two current dogs, Poppy and Reginald Burgundy-Esquire Hebbron IV (or Reggie for short). Throughout my life, I have been surrounded by a mixture of larger golden retrievers and labradoodles, and smaller puggles. As such, I am greatly accustomed to their wants, needs, and behavioural cues. 

My main motivation behind becoming a dog sitter is, frankly, because I would like to work in an environment that I am innately familiar with. I have always had a passion for dogs and pet care, as has the majority of my family, and with the necessity of university work looming over me, a more relaxed, enjoyable and engaging work environment would suit me greatly.

As for my personal conduct, I tend to keep to a tight schedule. My dogs are fed by 9am and 4pm sharp each day, and they are walked at 8:30 (20-30 minute morning walk), 2-3pm (long afternoon walk), and at 9pm (short nighttime walk before bed). Typically, I tend to walk them around the local area on their morning and nighttime walks, and on the nearby field during their afternoon walk so they get decent exercise. If you have any specific routes you or your dog likes to walk, or any strict schedules for feeding/walking, please let me know!

I must stipulate that I have no professional experience, though I can assure any potential clients that I will do my utmost to provide friendly companionship and stellar pet care. My care extends to most dogs, old or young, though I will forewarn that I have no experience caring specifically for sick or special needs dogs. Additionally, I will not be taking dogs into my home.
