When you have to go away or work long hours, you may worry about leaving your pet home alone. Have you ever wondered “Is there a pet or dog sitter in Hersham that can help?”.

Luckily, with Pawshake, you can easily find local and trusted pet and dog carers from Hersham to provide drop in visits and other services. This means a pet sitter will come and visit your pet at a time you both agree on and provide lots of love and personal attention. This can include playtime in the backyard, a walk to the local park, or just some cuddle time. Our pet carers can also administer medication, give food, and refresh the water bowl.

In home pet sitting services are a great way to break up the day and enrich it for your pet. Pawshake pet sitters have extensive experience caring for a range of pets including dogs, cats, rabbits, guinea pigs, birds and more. If you have multiple pets, home visits are a great option to ensure that they all get a visit and lots of attention during the day.

Drop in visits are the least stressful option for your pet because your pet can stay in their favourite environment – their own home in Hersham. Their surroundings will be familiar and our loving and passionate Pawshake sitter will spoil them each day. Our sitters will treat your home with respect and are flexible with timing, requests and durations. All this can be discussed before you make a home visit booking.

Pet boarding is a great option for when you are away for a few days and your pet needs overnight care. Unlike pet hotels, Pawshake pet boarding allows you to arrange a personalised daily routine for your pet, whether this be extra belly rubs, playtime or 24 hour supervision. Your pet will stay with the pet sitter in a cosy home environment, rather than a large, impersonal pet hotel.

So whether you need just one day, a week or even a month, you’ll be able to find an experienced pet or dog carer to accommodate you and your pet’s needs in Hersham. The best part is that your Pawshake pet sitter is from your local neighbourhood, so they will be familiar with the area.

Our pet carers also have a range of experiences which include puppies, seniors, nervous pets and dog training. So if your pet has special requirements, you’ll be sure to find a pet sitter that is a good match for you.

Your pet’s safety and welfare is a big priority for us, which is why all of our Pawshake pet sitters undergo a strict vetting process by our trust and safety team. At Pawshake, we understand that you might feel a little uneasy allowing a pet sitter to enter your home or arranging pet boarding at their place. This is why Pawshake pet sitters also have reviews from other pet parents that are publicly available on their profile for you to read.

Each pet sitting home visit and pet boarding booking made through Pawshake is covered by the Pawshake Guarantee, which includes veterinary coverage, customer support 7 days a week and more. Rest easy knowing that your pets will be well looked after by one of our expert pet carers in Hersham.

Hello,
Having owned animals all my life, including cats, dogs, horses, rabbits, guinea pigs, hamsters and ducks - I would love to help care for other people's animals when you need a helping hand. I have been looking after other peoples dogs and cats for over 10 years and can provide many references if required.
From dog walking, looking after your pets in my home and house visits to yours, I am happy to be flexible to help make your animal's days better if you are away. We go on a variety of lovely walks around the Esher woods, Hersham Common and along the river in Molesey and Walton to give the dogs lots of stimulation. I have two children (15 and 17) who absoulely love having cuddles with all our furry visitors.
I am based in Walton-on-Thames and have a fully fenced large garden (see photos) so your animals will have lots of space to run around and be completely safe. It is a lovely environment for your dogs to have an enjoyable stay. I only take 2 or 3 other dogs at any one time.
You are most welcome to come and visit before any stays to see the house/garden and meet us.
Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions.
Best wishes, Esme.

Hi! I am a university student in my final year, looking for some animal companions while I'm away from my own chocolate Labrador at home.
I have lots of experience with animals, being around them from a young age and particularly loving dogs as a child. I've looked after dogs owned by family members and friends, and I own an old chocolate lab (12 years old and more grey than chocolate now) called Coco who I adore. My mum calls me the dog whisperer due to the past dogs i've met and bonded with! I'm happy to look after any animals, and have the most previous experience with cats and dogs.
The services I offer are house visits and dog walking, and I'm very flexible as a uni student with lots of free periods. I also have a car to get me to the surrounding area of Nottingham.
Please get in touch with any questions!

Hello!
My name is Leanne and I understand how daunting it can be to leave your cat whilst you are away.
I had cats when I was growing up and over the last few years I have been fostering rescue cats and helping to find their forever home. Some may say I failed as a cat foster parent as I ended up adopting!
I now have 2 beautiful cats of my own, Maddie and Ralph, and so I have no more room in my house to foster cats.
I can provide one or two home visits per day. I will not only feed your cat, but play with them, clean the litter tray, ensure they have fresh drinking water and that they are not feeling anxious while you are away.
I will send daily updates and pictures so you will be reassured about your cats wellbeing.
Feel free to contact me to discuss any specific instructions. I can't wait to meet your furry friend!
