About me

I love catsitting, and do this alongside my main job in mental health. I have lots of experience, including with my own cats, volunteering at a cat rescue charity, and having been offering catsitting for a number of years now both on and off Pawshake.

I was lucky enough to adopt my own tuxie girl, Cassie, a few years ago from the RSPCA.

I don't have any experience with dogs so it is cats only for me 😺

What I offer

I provide home visits either once or twice per day whilst you are away, ranging from 20 minutes to an hour depending on your cat's needs. This includes feeding, emptying/changing litter trays, playtime, and cuddles (if that's what your cat is into!). I can also administer oral medication and have experience caring for cats with medical and health needs. I'm happy to do other bits around the house too if needed, such as watering plants and taking out the bin. I understand that it can be unsettling to be away from your pet, so I will send you updates and pictures to make sure you know they are being well cared for.

All of my own cats have been rescue cats and I have also previously volunteered at the Blue Cross. I therefore understand that some cats can be wary of new or different people and am comfortable with nervous cats.

I live in Hethersett but have my own car so can travel into Wymondham, nearby villages, and the south side of Norwich.
