Hello! I've been petsitting on Pawshake for over 10 years now and am currently based in Stoke Newington. I've been surrounded by animals my whole life, from cats and dogs to horses and hermit crabs. For the moment I can't have a pet myself, so I've really been loving the relationships with all the pets (and owners!) I have built over the last 10 years doing this.

Here's some animal-related information about me:

• I was once studying to become a vet at the Royal Veterinary College of London, which means I've participated in many animal health and handling courses and take the health and wellbeing of all animals very seriously.
• I worked in a dog and cat shelter in Bahrain (BSPCA) for 2 years.
• I have experience fostering dogs and cats with health or behavioral difficulties, which included learning and implementing some basic training techniques.

And some information about the care I offer:

• I only ever look after one pet at a time.
• I'm happy to house-sit or have pets stay at mine.
• I work 9-5, but I have a flexible schedule in that I can chose when to go to the office. This means I can adapt to the needs of your pet during their stay.
• I live in a 2 bedroom flat in a gated cul-de-sac. I have direct access to a large communal garden and am within 5 mins walking to two large parks (including Abney Park which is a dog walking haven).
• Any pet guests will have the run of my flat and are welcome to sleep wherever they are comfortable (including my bed)
• While I do offer pick-up/drop-off, I currently do not have access to a car in London. If your home is within 30 mins walking distance, or a relatively straightforward public transport link, I am more than happy to pick-up/drop-off. This will vary from client to client.
