Hi! We're Shanai and Harbir, a couple in our 20s who love making new furry friends. We live in Finsbury Park in a one-bedroom spacious apartment with access to lots of green space and windows in our flat. We moved to London last fall after living in the Pacific Northwest of the United States and Canada, where we took care of pets through Rover.

About Shanai 🫶

I'm an MA English Literature student at King's College London who grew up up in a family with 4 loving rescued dogs and 1 gorgeous cat, many of whom were disabled and/or seniors. Throughout my childhood and early adulthood, I've had the privilege to take care of and volunteer with various pet-centric organizations. I've also been a registered Petsitter with Rover since 2024 and have taken care of over 20 little ones. I have experience taking care of pets with separation anxiety and those with a rescue background. love finding your pet's specific personality traits, what excites them and brings them joy, and to stimulate them in the best way possible.

About Harbir 🫶

I'm a graduate student studying Finance and Economics with a soft spot for cats. Although I didn't grow up with pets, taking care of strays on campus as an undergraduate Resident Advisor brought a newfound love in my life. As an adult, I've assisted Shanai with her Rover bookings in the past, have house-sat two cats for a month, and found a bestfriend in a Corgi. I'm especially excited about spending warm, cosy moments with your pet and to give them the best experience while you are away.

We are hands-on caregivers who have the energy to keep up with your baby and ensure they're entertained during their time with us. We are confident dog-walkers and attentive boarders, and usually one of us is at home due to our flexible workload as students.

When you trust your furry family with us, their well-being will be our top priority. We are happy to provide daily exercise and socialization opportunities, since we are an outdoorsy couple who lives in a neighborhood well supported for pet-friendly activities. At home, we would love some snuggle time and watching a movie together! 😍
