Hi! I’m Ellie, a friendly, reliable and caring animal lover based in Stoke Newington, North East London.

I grew up in Devon surrounded by Golden Retrievers, so dogs have always been a huge part of my life! Having grown up with family dogs, I understand how important it is to know your pet is in safe, loving hands while you’re away.

I live in a lovely, spacious flat on Stoke Newington Church Street, just moments from Clissold Park. Although I don’t have a private garden, my flat has a large living room, kitchen and spacious bedroom, with plenty of room for dogs to relax, play and feel at home. Dogs are welcome throughout my flat, including the bedroom, and I’m happy to accommodate their usual sleeping arrangements.

I’m also very happy to offer overnight stays and longer-term house sitting in owners’ homes. As I work for myself in freelance PR and marketing, I have the flexibility to work remotely and can easily adapt where I live and work. Whether you’re going away for a weekend, a couple of weeks or a longer holiday, I’m happy to stay in your home so your dog can remain in familiar surroundings.

My freelance work means I can plan my day around the pets I’m looking after. I regularly work from home, so dogs will have plenty of company and attention throughout the day. I aim not to leave dogs alone for more than 2 hours at a time, and I’m happy to discuss individual needs, particularly for dogs who aren’t comfortable being left alone.

I can offer the following services:

* Dog walking: Regular walks of approximately 30–60 minutes, tailored to your dog’s age, energy levels and needs.

* Home visits: Visits of approximately 30–60 minutes for feeding, fresh water, toilet breaks, playtime, cuddles and general check-ins.

* Doggy day care: Daytime care with company, regular walks, feeding and plenty of attention.

* Overnight boarding: A comfortable, welcoming environment in my flat, with dogs welcome throughout the home.

* House sitting and extended stays: I’m particularly happy to stay in owners’ homes for longer periods, maintaining your dog’s normal routine while you’re away.

I love being outdoors and particularly enjoy walking around Clissold Park and the surrounding neighbourhood. Whether your dog prefers a gentle stroll or a longer adventure, I’ll make sure they get the exercise and attention they need.

I’m particularly familiar with Golden Retrievers and other friendly family dogs, but I’m happy to discuss caring for different breeds, sizes and personalities.

I know how much trust goes into leaving your pet with someone new, so I’ll always treat them as if they were my own. I’m also more than happy to send regular photos and updates throughout their stay so you can relax knowing they’re happy and well looked after.
