Animals have always been a huge part of my life, and caring for them is something I genuinely enjoy. I have over 10 years of hands-on experience with dogs, and for the past 5 years my family and I have fostered rescue dogs, helping them adjust to a safe and loving home environment before finding permanent homes. Because of this, I am experienced with many different temperaments, including anxious dogs, reactive dogs, high-energy breeds, puppies, senior dogs, and dogs that require extra patience and reassurance.

I understand that every pet has its own routine, so I always adapt my care to suit each dog individually. I offer multiple walks a day, usually between 30 minutes and over an hour, depending on the dog’s age, breed, and energy level. I also provide playtime, enrichment activities, cuddles, and one-to-one attention throughout the day to keep pets mentally and physically stimulated.

I am comfortable following strict feeding schedules, administering oral medication if required, and sticking to training or behavioural routines that owners already have in place. I know how important consistency is for dogs, especially rescue or nervous dogs, so I aim to make them feel as calm and familiar as possible.

Dogs in my care are treated like part of the family and are not left alone for long periods. Their safety, comfort, and happiness are always my top priority.

I truly love building trust with animals and seeing them feel relaxed, confident, and happy in my care. Knowing that owners can enjoy their time away feeling reassured that their pet is safe and loved is the main reason I enjoy pet sitting so much.
