I’ve grown up around pets and have cared for family dogs, cats, and small pets (like rabbits and guinea pigs) my whole life. I’ve looked after:

• 🐶 Puppies who needed extra patience and playtime

• 🐕 Older dogs who prefer slow, calm walks and lots of cuddles

• 🐱 Shy cats who like quiet company and gentle strokes

• 🐹 Small pets who need careful feeding and cleaning

Walks & safety:

I always choose quiet, safe routes — parks, footpaths, or residential streets away from busy roads. I keep them on a secure lead, stay alert around other animals or people, and match the walk length to their energy: short, slow strolls for older pets, or longer, fun walks for energetic ones. I always bring water, treats, and waste bags, and I follow exactly how you like them walked — pace, route, everything.

House sitting / visits:

Your pet is never left alone more than 3–4 hours max. I stick strictly to your routine: feeding times, play, bedtime, favourite spots — so they feel calm and at home. I can also bring in post, water plants, or close curtains.

Unexpected behaviour / small issues:

If they’re nervous, jumpy, or act differently, I stay calm, speak softly, and give them space — I never force interaction. If anything worries me (not eating, acting unwell, or unusual behaviour), I message you straight away and follow your instructions exactly — I won’t guess or do anything without asking you first.

Emergencies:

I don’t have formal first aid training, but I’m very careful and observant. If there’s an emergency, I call you immediately, and if needed, I take them straight to your usual vet or follow exactly what you tell me to do — I’ll always keep you in full control and updated every minute.

I send daily photos & updates — you’ll see exactly what they’ve been up to, how happy they are, and know they’re safe and loved. I’m kind, trustworthy, and treat every pet like my own.
