Hello, I'm Rafa and I grew up around animals all my life! I have 3 years of experience as a professional pet sitter, and I am well-acquainted with both the friendly and more reserved types. Some of the services I offer:

My home visits and walks last at least 30 minututes, although I am happy to discuss longer or shorter visits depending on your pet's needs. I make sure every pet is safe, comfortable and cared for. I carefully follow their routine if they have one, including feeding schedules, approved treats, playtime and basic grooming like brushing. I understand that every pet has a unique personality and different needs, and I am happy to adjust my care to match what makes them happiest. I maintain a clean and secure environment, regularly monitor their behaviour and keep open communication with their owners.

If anything unexpected or urgent happens during a visit, I will contact you as soon as possible and follow your agreed emergency instructions. If I am unable to reach you and your pet's safety is at risk, I will prioritise their wellbeing and seek appropriate veterinary assistance. 

What makes my care unique is that I provide regular updates and photos during my visits, if requested, so you can have peace of mind and know how your pet is doing while you are away.

To add more about myself, I am an animal lover with experience caring for cats and dogs. I developed a strong understanding of their unique needs and behaviours, all thanks to my upbringing. I grew up on a farm, where I took care of 8 cats, a dog and a parrot, and later moved to a bigger city where I now have my cat Lola. She is 11 years old, and thanks to her I am able to convert this passion to help others. I know the feeling of having to leave a pet on short notice due to other commitments, which is why I became a pet sitter.
