Daily updates: High-quality photos and videos so you always know how your pet is doing.
Safety & Home Security: Extra care to ensure doors and windows remain secure during indoor visits.

Visit Duration & Availability:
Visit Duration: Standard drop-in visits last 30 to 45 minutes, ensuring your cat gets plenty of dedicated attention without feeling rushed. Longer visits (up to 1 hour) are also available upon request.
Availability: Flexible throughout the week, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.

Handling Emergencies & Urgent Situations:
Clear Communication First: Before your trip, I will take down your primary vet’s details, emergency contact numbers, and any medical history.
Immediate Action: If your cat appears unwell, stops eating, or experiences an emergency, I will contact you immediately for instructions.
Vet Transport: If immediate medical attention is needed and you are unreachable, I will take your cat straight to your registered vet (or the nearest 24/7 emergency veterinary clinic) using a secure carrier, keeping you updated every step of the way.
