Hello! I'm Kayla, a 31 year old South African that moved to the UK in 2024. I have always been around animals growing up, and have such an enjoyable time being surrounded by furry friends! I’m a caring and responsible animal lover and I know how important it is to leave your beloved pets with someone you can trust, so my aim is to make every pet feel safe, comfortable and loved while you’re away.

I love caring for animals because they bring so much joy and personality into our lives. I enjoy getting to know each pet individually — whether they’re playful and energetic, calm and cuddly, or a little shy and need some extra patience and reassurance. I may not have any professional experience, but I do believe my love for animals allows me to always take the time to understand their normal routine, personality and individual needs.

🐶 What I offer

🐾 Dog walking — 30 minute bookings
Enjoyable, stimulating walks tailored to your dog’s age, energy level and ability. I’ll make sure they get plenty of exercise, attention and time to sniff and explore.

🏠 Home visits — around 30 minutes
Perfect for dogs, cats and other small pets who are happiest in their own home. Visits can include feeding, fresh water, litter/tray cleaning, playtime, cuddles and letting dogs outside for a toilet break.

🐱 Cat sitting & small-pet care
I’m happy to care for cats and suitable small pets such as rabbits, guinea pigs and hamsters. I can follow their usual feeding and care routine and make sure they receive plenty of attention while you’re away.

🏡 Pet sitting at their home
Away for a business trip, or a well deserved holiday? I can provide a comfortable and caring approach to care for your furry family members in the comfort of their own homes. I’ll keep to their normal routine as closely as possible and give them plenty of company, affection and attention. Please be advised that I am office based Monday to Friday, so I can definitely squeeze in for a home stay where needed!

❤️ Every pet is an individual

Before a booking, I’m happy to discuss your pet’s routine, personality, feeding requirements, exercise needs and anything else that will help them feel settled. I understand that consistency is important, especially when they’re away from their owners.

My setup is best suited to friendly, well-socialised pets who are comfortable around people and, where applicable, other animals. I’m not currently the right fit for pets with serious behavioural issues, aggressive behaviour, or complex medical needs requiring specialist or intensive care. I’m also happy to discuss any specific requirements before confirming a booking.

I want owners to feel confident that their pets are being looked after properly, not simply checked on. I’ll treat your pets with the same patience, kindness and respect I would want for my own.

I’m reliable, attentive and happy to keep you updated during their stay or visits, including sharing photos when appropriate. My priority is always that your pet is safe, happy, comfortable and cared for.
