Hey everyone! My name is Matt! I’m a London-born English graphic designer living with my Japanese wife and our three cats.
I’ve always loved animals and really enjoy spending time with cats, getting to know their individual personalities and making sure they feel safe, comfortable and cared for while their owners are away.
I have three cats of my own with distinctive personalities , including a disabled cat who I rescued from the street. She has three legs, but she’s surprisingly energetic and playful! Looking after her has taught me that every cat is different and that some cats need a little extra care, patience and understanding.
I know it can be stressful leaving your cat with someone else, so I’ll treat your cat and your home with the same care and respect I would expect for my own. As my cats like routine, I’m happy to follow their usual routine, whether that means feeding, cleaning litter trays, playing with them, giving them affection, or simply keeping them company if they prefer their own space.
I’m comfortable with cats of all different personalities, from confident and playful to shy and independent. I’ll always respect their boundaries and let them decide how much interaction they want.
During visits, I can provide food and fresh water, clean litter trays, spend time playing or giving affection, and make sure everything is safe and secure before I leave. I’m also happy to send you photos and updates, so you can relax knowing your cat is being looked after.
