Hello! I'm Sarah Jane, a lifelong animal lover with decades of hands-on experience caring for pets. I've shared my home with animals since childhood, and today my greatest passion is providing loving, reliable care that gives owners complete peace of mind while they're away.

Cats are my speciality. I have extensive experience caring for kittens, adult cats, senior cats, queens with litters and multi-cat households. I'm also currently studying towards a Level 3 Diploma in Feline Care, allowing me to continually expand my knowledge of feline health, behaviour, nutrition and welfare so I can provide the very best care possible.

Although cats are my speciality, I'm also happy to care for dogs and small companion animals in their own homes. Whether your pet needs feeding, fresh water, companionship, playtime or a walk, I will always treat them with the same kindness, patience and respect that I give my own animals.

As a pet owner myself, I understand the trust it takes to hand over your house keys and leave your beloved pets in someone else's care. I take that responsibility very seriously and will always treat both your home and your pets with the utmost respect.

I know that every pet is unique. Some love lots of fuss and play, while others prefer a calm, gentle presence and to interact on their own terms. I take the time to get to know each pet's personality, follow their usual routine and respect their individual needs so they feel safe, relaxed and happy while you're away.

A standard 30-minute home visit can include:

• Feeding and refreshing water

• Cleaning litter trays or toileting areas

• Dog walking (where booked)

• Playtime and companionship

• Grooming where appropriate

• Oral medication (by prior agreement)

• Bringing in post

• Opening or closing curtains

• Watering a small number of household plants

After every visit, I'll send you plenty of photographs together with a detailed update, so you can relax knowing your pets are safe, happy and well cared for.

Your pet's welfare will always be my highest priority. I understand how difficult it can be to leave a much-loved member of the family with someone else, so I'll care for your pets exactly as I would my own with genuine affection, patience and compassion.

Before every first booking, I offer a free meet and greet. This gives us the opportunity to get to know one another, discuss your pet's routine, answer any questions and make sure you feel completely confident before entrusting your pet to my care.
