About Patrycja

Animals have always been a big part of my life, and I genuinely love spending time with them. I’m a caring, responsible and patient person who understands that every pet has their own personality, routine and needs.

I grew up surrounded by animals and have always had a real love for them. Over the years, I’ve had dogs including a Springer Spaniel and a German Shepherd, as well as lots of lovely tabby cats. Having pets from a young age taught me how much companionship, patience, exercise and affection mean to an animal.

I currently have my own dog, Macey, an 8-year-old Beagle who is still incredibly energetic! Looking after Macey has given me plenty of hands-on experience with daily walks, feeding, keeping to routines and making sure dogs get lots of exercise, attention and affection.

I recently signed up as a trusted pet sitter and had the pleasure of caring for a 12-year-old Husky for 5 days and 4 nights. This gave me valuable experience of caring for a dog in my home and making sure they felt comfortable, safe and settled while their owner was away.

I also regularly look after my mum’s Golden Retriever, so I’m comfortable walking two dogs at the same time and managing different personalities and energy levels. I occasionally walk a friend’s large dog and also help care for and feed their cats and chickens, so I’m comfortable around a variety of animals.

As well as pet sitting, I’m happy to provide dog walking, feeding, companionship and general pet care. I can tailor walks and care to your dog’s age, energy level and usual routine, whether they need an energetic walk or simply some gentle exercise and company.

I work as a Family Support Worker and, as part of my work, I often take young people I support to volunteer at a local dog shelter. We walk the dogs there, helping them get much-needed exercise, companionship and affection. I really enjoy this and believe animals benefit enormously from patience, kindness and positive human interaction.

My priority is always to make sure your pet feels safe, comfortable and well cared for. I will treat your pet with the same care and attention I would want for my own Macey, while doing my best to keep their normal routine as consistent as possible.

My services & availability

I offer a flexible range of pet care services to suit both pets and their owners.

Dog walking: I’m available for approximately hour-long dog walks around lunchtime, as well as in the evenings after 5pm. This gives your dog the opportunity to get out, stretch their legs, enjoy some exercise and have plenty of attention and companionship. I’m comfortable walking energetic dogs as well as older dogs who may prefer a gentler pace.

Overnight pet sitting: I’m available for overnight sits and can stay with your pet in their home, keeping their usual routine as consistent and comfortable as possible while you’re away. I’m also available for longer stays when arranged in advance.

Weekend pet sitting and dog walking: I’m available at weekends for dog walks, pet sitting and companionship, whether you need a one-off visit or care throughout the weekend.

Cat sitting: I’m happy to visit cats to provide feeding, fresh water, company, playtime and general care while their owners are away. I understand that cats can be very independent, so I’m happy to work around their individual personalities and routines.

I’m comfortable caring for a wide range of animals and have experience with dogs of different sizes and ages, cats, chickens and other pets. I’m happy to follow your pet’s normal feeding, walking and care routine and will always take the time to understand their individual needs before looking after them.

My aim is to provide reliable, caring and personal pet care, giving owners peace of mind that their animals are safe, happy and receiving plenty of attention while they’re away or at work.
