Hi, I’m Dani! 🐾

After leaving my teaching career to move into the charity sector on a part-time basis following the birth of my daughter, I’ve found myself with a little more time on my hands. I couldn’t think of a better way to spend it than making some new furry friends!

As a former special needs and early years teacher, I’m naturally patient, understanding, trustworthy and caring. I’m used to adapting to different personalities and needs, and I’ll always take the time to make sure your pet feels safe, comfortable and cared for.

Animals have always been a big part of my life. I grew up with cats, hamsters and fish, and as soon as I had a home where pets were allowed, we rescued two whirlwind cats of our own - who have happily ruled our lives ever since! 😸

I also have experience volunteering at a cat shelter and have looked after cats, hamsters and rabbits for family and friends. I spend lots of time walking myself, so I’d love to make those walks even more enjoyable by having some canine company too! 🐶

I know from having my own cats just how difficult it can be to leave your pets and put their care in someone else’s hands. They’re family, and you want to know they’re not only safe and well looked after, but genuinely happy while you’re away.

That’s exactly the kind of care I want to provide. I’ll do my best to keep your pet’s usual routine, give them plenty of love, attention and companionship, and make sure they feel comfortable in your absence. With two quirky cats of my own, I completely understand that every pet has their own personality, preferences and little routines - no request is too strange! 😁
