Hi I'm Alex, a qualified Occupational Therapist with a passion for caring for both people and animals. I've always been an animal lover and have experience looking after both cats and dogs whether this be for family and friends or my own pets. 

As a healthcare professional I am responsible, reliable, patient, and attentive to individual needs. My career has taught me the importance of building trust, maintaining routines, and providing compassionate care tailored to each individual. Qualities that transfer naturally to caring for pets. I understand that every animal has their own personality, preferences, and needs.

I have spent years as the family dog sitter for holiday's before moving away. Growing up with both dogs, cats and hamsters i feel comfortable around all animals. I myself currently have two cats and a hamster and am excited to provide care and support to your pets. 

Working part-time gives me the flexibility to dedicate plenty of time and attention to your furry family members. Whether it's providing companionship, walks, drop ins for feeding, administering basic medications or just giving plenty of love and attention. I will treat your pets as if they were my own.

I am able to care for dogs, cats, rabbits and smaller animals like hamsters and rats.  I'm there to fit in however you need me I am happy to adapt to their needs. I can also administer basic medications and follow any specific care instructions you provide.

I am able to walk dogs several times per day. Long walks as needed whether this be 20 minutes or an hour. 

I am able to provide drop in services several times per day for cats and other smaller animals to support with their needs. 

Being able to stay calm in an emergency is something I pride myself on. And that transfers easily to pets.
