I’m Michelle, the face behind Paws Patrol, and a lifelong animal lover with over 35 years of experience caring for dogs, rabbits and the many pets friends and family have trusted me with. Alongside my pet care work, I’m a Safety & Security Officer with a 10‑year background as a Police Constable — so reliability, safeguarding and professionalism are at the heart of everything I do.

Animals have always been a constant in my life, and I’m known as the person people call when they want their pets looked after with genuine care and attention. Whether it’s daily walks, drop‑ins, or in‑home pet sitting, I provide calm, structured and reassuring support tailored to each pet’s routine and personality.

I’m confident with all breeds and temperaments, and I treat every animal as if they were my own — with patience, kindness and a focus on keeping them safe, settled and happy.
