Hi, I’m Nathan, owner of Wag & Walk Middleton. I provide solo dog walks, pet visits and pet sitting across Middleton, Rhodes, Bowlee, Simister, Blackley, Langley, Chadderton, Alkrington, Hopwood Hall, Mills Hill, Firwood Park, Westwood, Rochdale, M24 and the Rochdale Canal area.

As a dog owner myself, I understand how important it is to find someone you can trust with your pet. My Cockapoo, Miggy, has taught me that every dog has their own personality, routine and exercise needs. That’s why I focus on one-to-one care and tailor every walk to the individual dog.

I specialise in solo walks, making them ideal for dogs who prefer individual attention, are easily distracted in groups, or simply enjoy a calmer experience. Walks are available from 30 minutes to 1 hour and take place in local green spaces including Boarshaw Clough, Hopwood Woods, Middleton’s parks and the Rochdale Canal.

Every dog is different, and I take time to understand their individual needs. Whether a dog is energetic, nervous, elderly or simply prefers a quieter walk, I adapt my approach to help them feel comfortable and confident. I always follow the owner’s instructions regarding leads, recall and interactions with other dogs.

Safety is extremely important to me. Before any regular booking, I carry out a meet and greet to learn about your pet’s routine, behaviour, medical requirements and any potential triggers. I keep emergency contact details with me and will always contact owners immediately should any issue arise during a walk or visit.

A typical walk includes collection from your home, a safe journey to one of the local walking routes, plenty of opportunities for exercise and enrichment, fresh water where needed, and a full update with photos afterwards so you can see how your pet got on.

As the owner of Wag & Walk Middleton, I have experience caring for dogs of different breeds, sizes and personalities. My focus is on providing calm, reliable and attentive care while treating every pet as if they were my own.

Prices start from £14. I welcome vaccinated pets and take pride in providing a reliable, friendly and professional service that owners can depend on. My goal is simple: to give owners complete peace of mind while ensuring every pet has a safe, enjoyable and enriching experience.
