Hi! My name is Shenay, and cats have been a huge part of my life for many years. I have around 9 years of experience caring for cats, including seven wonderful years with my own cat, Mia. She wasn’t just a pet to me,she was family, my companion, and a big part of my everyday life. Caring for her taught me how important patience, routine, affection, and understanding are when it comes to cats.

Before and during that time, I also looked after friends’ cats whenever they travelled, helping with feeding, playtime, companionship, and making sure they felt comfortable while their owners were away. Through these experiences, I’ve learned that every cat has its own unique personality and needs.

I spend most of my time at home, so I can provide plenty of attention and care. My home is usually very quiet and peaceful during the day, creating a calm environment for cats. Safety is extremely important to me. I live on the second floor and always make sure windows and doors are secure. I pay close attention to a cat’s comfort, behaviour, and routine to help them feel safe and relaxed.

I understand how much trust it takes to leave your cat in someone else’s care. I will treat your cat with kindness, patience, and the same level of love and attention that I gave Mia.
