"Caitlin is caring, knowledgeable and professional. She looked after our pets (indoor cat, parakeet, 2x rabbits, marine fish and a blue and gold macaw) to the instruction and more. We got regular updates and photos at each visit, which was nice. Caitlin left the house clean and tidy. The pets were content and happy when we came back after a week. She is very reliable and have already rebooked Caitlin."
