Hi, I'm Lizzie and I live in North Shields with my boyfriend, our 6 year old boy and our 1 year old cat! 

I have had pets my whole life, including; 6 cats, 2 dogs, 4 fish, guinea pigs, hamsters and chickens... so it's safe to say I have had a lot of experience looking after animals! 

Recently I've discovered how hard it can be to find professional, kind, caring sitters to look after our cat while we're away on holiday or visiting family. It makes preparing for a trip (and being away) much more stressful when I'm worrying about who is looking after him and if he is okay while we're not there, and I can't always ask our friends to pop in! 

It is that difficulty that has motivated me to become a sitter myself - if we are having this difficulty then other people must be too!
