I have loved caring for animals for as long as I can remember and have had pets throughout my life, including dogs, cats, rabbits, fish, hamsters, and even a snake. I genuinely enjoy spending time with animals and am happy to care for pets of all shapes and sizes, whether it's for an hour, a day, or up to two weeks.

I have experience caring for both large and small dogs, as well as a variety of other pets. I enjoy walking, feeding, playing with, and caring for animals, making sure they are happy, comfortable, and well looked after while you're away. I am also happy to carry out additional care tasks such as changing litter trays, cleaning enclosures, providing fresh water, giving treats, and following any specific routines or requirements your pet may have.

For dog walking, I typically offer walks of 30 minutes to 1 hour, depending on your dog's age, breed, energy level, and individual needs. I am happy to walk dogs in local parks, public footpaths, quiet residential areas, and other owner-approved locations within walking distance of my home. For drop-in visits, I usually offer visits lasting between 30 and 60 minutes, although longer visits may be possible by arrangement.

The safety and wellbeing of your pet is always my priority. Pets will remain supervised while in my care, and dogs will only be walked on or off lead according to the owner's instructions and where it is safe and appropriate to do so. I am happy to provide regular updates and photos so you can feel reassured while you are away.

I am a non-smoker and am available most days after 4pm. I am happy to help with dog walking, drop-in visits, feeding, companionship visits, and pet sitting, provided you are within walking distance of me.

I have gained valuable hands-on experience through growing up with pets, caring for animals belonging to family members and friends, and working as a paid pet sitter. I understand how important it is to know your pets are safe and cared for, and I will treat them with the same love, patience, and attention that I would give my own.

In the event of an emergency, I would contact the owner immediately and seek advice from the owner's preferred veterinary practice where possible. If urgent veterinary treatment is required and the owner cannot be reached, I would contact the nearest available veterinary clinic to ensure the pet receives prompt care.

During overnight pet-sitting stays, I take care to keep the owner's home secure by ensuring all doors and windows are locked, following any home security instructions provided, keeping keys safe, and never allowing unauthorised visitors into the property. I respect the owner's home and privacy and aim to leave everything exactly as I found it.
