Hi, I'm a student and a genuine dog lover with plenty of free time this summer (May-September), and I'd love to help take care of your dog.

My motivation for pet sitting comes from how much I enjoy being around animals, and I find it really rewarding to spend time with dogs, keeping them active and making sure they're happy and well looked after while their owners are away.

I'm reliable, patient and enjoy being active, so I'm happy to provide walks that suit your dog's needs, whether that's a relaxed stroll or something more energetic. I have experience looking after dogs for family and friends, and I'm comfortable with different breeds and personalities.

I understand how important it is to trust someone with your pet, and I'll always make sure your dog feels safe, comfortable and well cared for. I'm also happy to follow any specific routines or instructions to keep things consistent.

For dog walking, I usually offer walks of around 30-60 minutes depending on the dog's needs, energy level and owner preference. I am happy to adjust the length of walks to suit each individual dog.

I am comfortable walking up to 2 dogs at a time, provided they are manageable together and have been introduced properly or are from the same household. My priority is always safety, control and making sure each dog gets enough attention.

For boarding, I follow a calm and structured daily routine. Dogs will have regular walks, feeding times as instructed by the owner, playtime and plenty of rest. I make sure to keep their routines as consistent as possible so they feel comfortable and settled.

When I first walked an anxious dog, I made sure to approach slowly and calmly without overwhelming them. I let the dog get used to my presence first, avoided pulling on the lead and gave them time to sniff and feel comfortable. As we walked, I kept a steady pace and used reassurance to build trust. By the end of the walk, the dog had visibly relaxed and became more confident with me.

In case of an emergency or unexpected situation, I will act quickly and responsibly. I will contact the owner immediately and if necessary I will take the dog to the local vet. I always keep emergency contact details and vet information on hand to ensure the pets safety is prioritised at all times.

However with that being said I only accept fully vaccinated pets to ensure a safe environment for everyone!
