Hi, I’m Amie!

I’ve always been a massive animal lover. I grew up in the countryside surrounded by animals... dogs, cats, guinea pigs and even the slightly bigger variety… horses! So looking after animals and having them around has pretty much always been part of my life.

These days I’m owned by two rescue cats, Boycat and Tux. Tux is a rescue from a little closer to home, while Boycat has had a slightly more exotic life and came all the way from Dubai! 🇦🇪 🐱

They’re both very much part of the family and... like most cats...have successfully convinced me that the house actually belongs to them.

Pet sitting is something I love doing, spending time with animals is something I genuinely enjoy, and I know how reassuring it is to have someone looking after your pets who will try and make things as easy as possible leaving them!

I’m comfortable with animals of different personalities, whether they’re confident and desperate for attention (like my Boycat!) a little nervous and need some patience (much like Tux), or are cats who would simply prefer me to know my place and provide dinner on demand!

I’m happy to help with dog walking, feeding, home visits, playtime, litter trays, companionship and plenty of fuss and attention. I’ll also happily send photos and updates while you’re away - although there is a reasonable chance you’ll receive far too many! I can be flexible on your and your pets need in terms of visit length, but usually is 30 mins.

Most importantly, I’ll treat your pets with the same care and affection I give Boycat and Tux.
