Animals have always been a huge part of my life. I grew up surrounded by pets, including rabbits, cats, fish, and now I have a wonderful dog of my own. Caring for animals genuinely brings me so much happiness, and I treat every pet as if they were my own, with patience, kindness, and plenty of love and attention.

I’m fully insured for both pet sitting and dog walking, and I’m happy to provide proof of insurance if requested. I already have experience walking and pet sitting through this app, as well as caring for pets outside of it, giving me confidence in looking after a variety of personalities and routines.

As an Open University student, I have a very flexible schedule, allowing me to offer dog walking, daytime pet sitting, overnight stays, and regular visits throughout the week.

Every pet is different, so I always take the time to follow your instructions carefully. Whether your pet has medication, allergies, specific feeding routines, favourite walking routes, or simply enjoys extra cuddles and playtime, I’ll make sure they receive the care they’re used to.

I’m happy to care for nervous, shy, or reactive pets. I always work at their pace, use calm and positive handling, avoid stressful situations where possible, and never force interactions. Building trust is always my priority.

Safety is extremely important to me. During walks I use secure leads and harnesses provided by owners, avoid unsafe or overcrowded areas if needed, check gates are securely closed, and always keep your pet’s wellbeing as my first priority. Walks are usually around an hour but can be longer or shorter depending on your dog’s age, energy level, health, and your preferences.

During house sitting, I aim to keep pets company as much as possible and only leave them alone when absolutely necessary. If I do need to go out, I’ll always discuss this with you beforehand and make sure it fits within your pet’s normal routine.

Communication is important, so I’ll send regular photo and video updates to give you peace of mind while you’re away. I can update you as often as you’d like, whether that’s every hour or just once or twice a day.

I understand how much pets mean to their families, and I know trusting someone with them is a big decision. My goal is to make sure both you and your pet feel comfortable, safe, and cared for from the moment we meet. I can’t wait to meet your furry family member and give them the love, attention, and care they deserve.
