I’ve been around animals for as long as I can remember and have always enjoyed caring for them. I currently share my home with Poppy, our friendly three-year-old Cavapoo, who loves company and enjoys meeting other dogs. As a dog owner myself, I know how important it is to find someone you can trust to look after your pet and give them the same love and care they receive at home.

My 16-year-old son and I live in Portishead, close to the beach and local parks. I work from home, which means your dog will have plenty of attention, companionship, and supervision throughout the day. We lead an active lifestyle and enjoy daily walks, so exercise, play, and enrichment are naturally part of our routine.

A typical day includes a morning walk, a midday toilet break or shorter walk, plenty of time to relax, play, or nap indoors, and an evening walk followed by a calm wind-down before bedtime.

We have a secure fenced garden for supervised outdoor time. I understand that arranging pet care can sometimes feel stressful, especially when you're going away, so I aim to make the experience as easy and reassuring as possible. I’m happy to provide regular updates and photos and will follow your dog’s usual routine, including feeding schedules, walking preferences, favourite toys, and any individual needs.

Your dog’s safety, comfort, and wellbeing are always my priority. We generally welcome small to medium-sized dogs, although we are happy to consider larger dogs that are calm and sociable. Before confirming a booking, I like to arrange a meet-and-greet so that everyone, including the dogs, can get to know each other and feel comfortable.

To help create a relaxed environment, dogs are fed separately when needed. If your pet has any allergies, health conditions, dietary requirements, medication, or other specific needs, please let me know in advance. I will always do my best to accommodate them and provide a safe, loving, and home-from-home experience while you're away.
