I’m Emma — a lifelong animal lover and experienced pet sitter returning to Pawshake with even more time, energy, and commitment than ever before. Animals have always been part of my life, and I currently share my home with my cat Nala, who brings me endless joy. Over the years I’ve cared for a wide variety of pets, from cats and kittens to more unique companions like a bearded dragon, and I’ve genuinely loved every moment.

I previously balanced pet sitting alongside my work as a school cook and my role as a Slimming World consultant, and even then I received amazing reviews from owners who trusted me with their furry (and scaly!) family members. Now that I’m solely a Slimming World consultant, I have far more flexibility and availability — and I’m excited to offer pet care for the long haul.

I provide warm, reliable, attentive care tailored to each pet’s personality and routine. Whether your pet needs feeding, playtime, cuddles, medication support, or simply company and reassurance, I make sure they feel safe, relaxed, and loved. I’m confident with shy pets, energetic kittens, and those who need a little extra patience.

I’m available mornings, afternoons and evenings, and I’m happy to be flexible around your pet’s feeding times, comfort needs, or attention routines. You can expect clear communication, daily updates, and a calm, caring presence. I treat every pet as if they were my own, because I know how much trust it takes to leave them in someone else’s hands.

I’m DBS‑checked and offer pop‑in visits of up to half an hour. If your pet simply needs feeding, attention, or comfort in their own home, that’s exactly what I provide. If you require two visits a day, just let me know — I’m happy to accommodate. I’ve previously cared for cats, kittens, bearded dragons, guinea pigs and rabbits and even 100 year old tortoise , and I’m always open to meeting new small pets. While I don’t have formal dog‑walking experience beyond walking my sister’s dog, I’m happy to help if needed.

I can’t offer pet boarding in my own home as my cat is wary of other animals, but I’m more than happy to come to you to keep your pet settled and calm in their familiar environment.
