The biggest passion in my life after my other career in theatre is dogs, so I am on a mission to become friends with as many of them as possible when I am not working on a show!

After having my first dog since the age of 13 until June last year, I have become completely in love with all dogs and their personalities. I now have a new dog who was rescued from Romania at the age of six months so I know a thing or two about handling dogs with no off switch as well as caring for elderly dogs that have medical needs.

With Ringo's breeds I am used to walking him twice a day, sometimes for over an hour for one of the walks to combats some of his energy. I also have been doing lick mats and other enrichment for him which I can also do for your dog if you would like!

I am very into researching natural dog foods that are the best for our dogs if that is something required! I am on a very good serviced bus route into different towns and live near a park. I have experience in administration of medicines- liquid, tablet and creams. I haven't got a car currently should an emergency happen but I am happy to talk thought what ifs and pay for a taxi myself if something should happen. My old girl Rosie had cushings and arthritis so I know how to administer medication that is used daily as well as for one of things like smaller injuries, worming tablets and flea/tic treatment.

I have used both double leads and harnesses for Ringo so if your dog needs these and not just uses a collar/single lead combo I should be fine! Working in there means that I have had to stay in other homes while working away on tour, I have never had a complaint from any host as I am responsible and respect anyone's home that I stay in.
