Hello! I’m a lifelong animal lover with 18 years of hands-on experience caring for my own beloved dog, who was part of our family from his playful puppy days to his gentle senior years. Through that time, I learned so much about every stage of a dog’s life—from the excitement of training and playtime to the patience and compassion needed for age-related health challenges. Sadly, he recently passed away, and I truly miss the warmth, energy, and joy that a dog brings into a home. Becoming a pet sitter feels like a wonderful way to stay connected with that happiness while offering other families the peace of mind that their furry friends are in loving hands. I don’t have professional dog-sitting experience, but as a devoted pet owner, I understand how much trust it takes to leave your pet with someone else. I’m happy to care for dogs and other small animals too—just contact me, and let’s chat about how I can help! Availability I’m available any time of the day—morning, afternoon, or evening—as I’m a stay-at-home mom. My availability does depend on the exact times and distance to where I need to travel, but I’ll always do my best to accommodate your schedule. Services Offered 🐾 Pet Care & Medication I can administer oral or topical (on-skin) medication, such as tablets or creams, but not injections. I’m comfortable supporting pets with special needs, including those using pads due to incontinence, as I’ve cared for my own senior dog in similar circumstances. 🏡 Home Visits During home visits, I can stay up to 30 minutes to feed your pet, refresh their water, clean up, or change pads if needed. I can also water plants or bring in the mail—just let me know your preferences when booking. 🐕 Dog Walking I’m lucky to live near Whinfield Park and Bluebell Walk in Rugby, so your dog can enjoy a lovely outdoor adventure! Walks can last between 1 and 2 hours, depending on your dog’s needs and energy levels. 🏠 House Sitting I can also provide house-sitting services during weekends or after 7 pm on weekdays. While house sitting, I’ll make sure your home stays secure and well looked after, keeping doors and windows locked, collecting post, and maintaining a lived-in appearance while you’re away.
