My name is Georgia Seddon, and anyone who knows me will tell you that what I love most is - cats! I have two of my own, called Holly and Willow, and I absolutely love them to bits; it’s been commented on that they both have such a lovely nature, and people say that it must be to do with the way I am with them and how I’ve brought them up, which I take as a massive compliment! I’ve lived with cats since I was a small child, and my favourite things to do were to just be with them, have them sleep on the bed with me, take them for walks, they just always gravitated towards me - even now, being with my cats is my favourite thing to do, having them cuddle up to me on the bed, playing with them, just spending time with them and so on. I've also had a lot of experience looking after friends' cats - I have always been their go-to cat sitter, which is a real treat. I’ll just never be without cats! :)

Outside of cat related stuff: I am a music transcriber, I run a small business called Pitch Perfect Music Services; I write songs, play piano and sing, and play drums and percussion; and I also love to go out for food, drinks, coffees etc with friends, travel, knit and play video games. That’s me in a nutshell!

As of April 2023, I successfully completed a Level 3 Award in Feline Psychology and Behaviour, achieving a Higher Distinction.

As your cat sitter I can do whatever is required, to the specifications of your cat/cats’ routine - whatever feeding is required, fresh water, litter, and whatever they need in terms of play and/or cuddles, or whatever form of socialising works best for them - and I am up for giving medication (let me know if there is a specific routine for this - for instance one of my last cats Daisy would only eat the pill if it was in a glob of pate, while Holly only takes them if you crumble up a Dreamie or two onto the pill! 😹) I can also do injections, ie insulin for diabetes. I can also do little odd jobs such as watering plants, dishes etc. I will send you daily photos/videos and updates, and if it's my first time meeting you and your cat, I will arrange a free meet and greet beforehand!

Other pets: I have had hamsters and goldfish before, and am happy to provide basic care for them, as well as other rodents and tropical fish. I have cared for tropical fish for neighbours in the past, including giving frozen feed, and am happy to do this again. I have no experience in caring for rabbits, however I would be happy and willing to learn the basics.

I am based in Shawlands and I work in the town centre, so I'm happy to look after any cats in particularly the Shawlands, Govanhill, Pollokshields, Pollokshaws areas; as well as the town centre including Merchant City, Garnethill and so on; and I am also happy to travel further afield including to the West end, East end etc.
