Ciao there! 

I am Italian, and I live in S8, Sheffield. I would normally come to yours to look after your little friends, mainly because I imagine they would be safer and comfier at yours while you're away. However, we can chat about house sitting services as well if not too stressful for your pet - I work from home so I can definitely spend my day with them 🙌

I do really miss having my own pet, but at least I can make up for it by spending time with yours! 🎉

 My mom is an Italian traditional crazy cat lady 🤌🤌🤌 😸😼and I miss the cats so much!! I am looking into becoming a cat behaviourist one day as I simply cannot escape the cat lady DNA and I'm now embracing it. My family dog Billie left us in 2018 after leading a happy and fun life in Italy, and I miss him every day. My partner had a cheeky white Maremmano retriever called Boris (not that Boris!) who was the sweetest clumsiest mess. We lost him in January and life will never be the same again... 🥹🥲So what is a person who loves animals supposed to do? 🤌🤌

I love animals and I honestly believe that there is a lot they can teach us in their pure and genuine way. This platform has allowed me to enlarge the circle of pet lovers I knew and make up for the time I miss my pets at home 🏠 I have met some really wonderful people here and had the privilege to get to know the Sheffield animals' community too, and I look forward to seeing what comes next.

When I arrived in Sheffield around 10 years ago, I had already been petsitting for a while in my hometown, taking care of many different kinds of dogs and cats. Back home I was already in touch with pet behaviourists and vets, and although they were pretty helpful with teaching me a few things, I never want to stop learning and improving my ability to interpret our pets' behaviours as every single one is different. My parents have a little farm back home as well, so I have been familiar with rabbits, birds, sheep, turtles, and chickens as well since I was a kid ☺️I miss them too 🥲

I currently work hybrid, so the only request I have my end is being able to work for them as well with the appropriate means (e.g.wifi and stable connection,being able to bring my monitor and laptop) if you need me to stay at yours overnight or all day. 

I also have an Instagram profile where I post my pet sitting pictures and videos (my phone storage would be constantly full otherwise 😅!) called kitty_gurl_sheffield:
