I grew up surrounded by dogs and animals through family and friends, and I’ve always naturally sought out time with them. As I’m currently not able to have pets in my own home, I really value any opportunity to spend my days in the company of animals.

I’m particularly passionate about dogs and love nothing more than long walks, play, and giving them the time, space, and attention they need to be themselves. I regularly house- and pet-sit for family members with multiple dogs, and I also often take friends’ dogs out for walks locally.

I’m now looking to offer my services more widely through professional dog sitting, as I’ve recently moved into a more flexible, fully remote working life. I work as a freelance climate educator and speaker, as well as a yoga teacher, which means my schedule is adaptable and I can often fit around your pet’s needs.

I’m very outdoorsy and spend a lot of time walking, running, and swimming in the Peak District, so I’m well suited to active dogs who enjoy longer walks and time outside. I have my own van, which gives me flexibility to travel for walks or sits, and I’m very comfortable with multiple dogs.

I offer primarily house sitting, but am also available for dog walking and pet visits. My mid-week availability can vary slightly depending on work commitments, so please feel free to message me for current availability. Longer house stays (including 2+ weeks) can generally be arranged and I’m very open to extended sits.

You can expect your dog and home to be cared for with reliability, respect, and attention. I’ll keep you updated regularly so you always know how things are going, and I aim to provide a calm, consistent presence so your pet feels comfortable and secure.

A couple of booking conditions:

Please note that for any walks, day visits or pet sitting stays that require me to drive more than 5 miles, or significantly out of Sheffield, I will need to add on travel costs.

For day visit bookings, I understand if you need to arrange an additional visit for me to collect keys or show me your pets requirements. However due to the time, expense and practicalities of fitting this in I will need to charge this as an additional booking day. Of course you are welcome to drop your keys to my address and/or arrange a remote consultation (video call) free of charge.
