Hi, I’m Ellie! 🐾 I’ve always had a huge love for animals, and caring for them has been a big part of my life from a young age. I grew up around both dogs and cats and have experience with lots of different breeds, personalities and energy levels.

With dogs, I’ve been around and cared for breeds including American Bulldogs, Staffies, Jack Russells and Cocker Spaniels, to name a few. I’ve also helped with training and everyday care. One of my most special experiences was assisting my Staffy through the birth of her puppies and helping to raise and care for them. I’ve also spent time working on a farm around sheepdogs.

I’ve had plenty of experience with cats too. At one point I had eight cats, including kittens, so I’m very comfortable caring for cats with different personalities and needs.

I currently offer dog walking, home visits and overnight house sitting. Dog walks are typically 30–60 minutes and can be tailored to your dog’s age, fitness and energy levels. I’m happy to explore local parks, quieter areas and suitable countryside and woodland walks around Shrewsbury. Your pet’s safety is always my priority, and I only take on as many animals as I can properly supervise.

Home visits can include feeding, fresh water, toilet breaks, playtime, cuddles and general care. I can also administer medication when required and clear instructions are provided.

For overnight house sitting, I’ll keep your pets company, maintain their normal routine and make sure they receive plenty of attention and care while you’re away. I’ll also ensure your home is kept secure and treated respectfully throughout my stay.

I work as a flexible supply teaching assistant, so my availability varies each week and I update it regularly. I’m active, love being outdoors and genuinely enjoy spending time with animals.

Most importantly, I’ll treat your pets with the same care, patience and affection I would give my own. 🐶🐱❤️
