I'm about to graduate from animal managemet BSc with experience and knowlede with all types of animals. I've owned dogs and horses my whole life and recently gained a year experience working in a dog day care centre alongside my degree. I have always rescued animals so have experience with nervous animals and taking time to form a bond. During my level 3 animal management course, I completed 2 years voluntary work experience within a dog day care centre. During my foudation degree in animal managment, I completed work experience at Northumberland Zoo, RSPB Saltholme, Whitehouse Farm and Houghall animal care unit. I have also completed two weeks in The Gambia doing conservation work in the forests. I have experience doing regular dog walking and sits alongside this. I am fully insured with a dbs to look after and stay in the pets home. I will ensure to stick to the pets routine regarding feeding and exercise and ensure they aren't left long and that they have an enriched time while your away. I only look after pets that are vaccinated and ask for details regarding their behaviour and routine to ensure I am able to stick to this. Walks will be tailored to the individual dog, for example if the dog wants to have a slow sniff walk or if the dog wants to walk and explore. Pictures will be provided throughout the stay to include adventures and relaxing time. Walks will be half an hour each and I can provide up to 3 walks or checks in per day to ensure each pet gets my undivided attention. My radius is 10 miles to ensure more time is spent with your pets. In stays pets will only be left up to 4 hours depending on what they can handle. If any emergencies did occur during my time with your pets, you will be notified as soon as possible before any action is taken as long as its not serious. I adapt to the pets personality, for example if they like more quiet time or they like to be outside playing all day.
