Calling all animal lovers! 

Ecperienced, professional house and Petsitter with 12 years experience in the UK and more recently in Australia also. I look after all dog and cat breeds with care and attention. All areas of the UK considered as we are travelling during an extended visit August - November 2026. 

I'm offering pet sitting, dog walking and home visits. Usually my husband accompanies me on sits. All sits in all locations considered but especially Yorkshire/Lancashire. See my calendar for availability. I can provide testimonials from previous happy clients upon request.

More general information about me and my experience and services is given below. 

My name is Sharon and I'm a mature married lady; former librarian working in medical and health services and live in my own home with retired husband. We have a wonderful rescue dog called Jazz who is Kelpie X Border Collie who is now 14 years old. She keeps us company and we love her dearly.

Whilst travelling overseas we offer house and pet sitting services as a way of reducing costs but also for the chance to enjoy the company of other people's pets whilst away from home. It's a great way to meet like minded people and the local community. I understand how important it is to be reassured that your pet is well looked after and loved as we want the same for our dog when we go away. She is the most valued in our home - more than any possessions. 

I have extensive experience of pet sitting both dogs and cats and can provide testimonials. This includes lots of different breeds, puppies, multiple dogs together and administering medication to both dogs and cats. I also have experience with rescue animals. Your home will also be well looked after and kept clean and tidy. I have criminal record clearance as was required by my job working in a public hospital for Government.
