About Me

Hi there! I’m Sarah. I’ve been an animal lover for as long as I can remember, and honestly, my house doesn’t feel like a home without a few paws pitter-pattering around. Since I’m now working from home, I’ve got the perfect setup to dedicate my day to looking after pets. I know exactly how much your furry friends mean to you—they’re family, plain and simple—so my goal is to make sure they feel totally relaxed, loved, and properly looked after while you’re away.

My Experience & Fun Times

I’ve had dogs and cats by my side for most of my adult life, so I’ve seen it all—from different breeds to all sorts of quirky personalities. At the moment, I share my home with a very chilled-out 5-year-old Shiba Inu and a tiny 4-month-old Ragdoll/Maine Coon kitten. I’m well-used to the "puppy and kitten" madness (including the basics of training) but I'm just as happy caring for older pets who might need a bit more TLC, like keeping on top of a medication schedule.

I’m a big believer in making sure your pet’s stay isn't just about sitting around—I want them to have a blast. We’ve got plenty of toys, lick mats, and puzzles to keep their brains busy. Whether it’s playing games or heading out for a "sniffari" in the big park right next door, I’ll tailor everything to what your pet loves doing most.

Space to Chill

I also know that some pets just need a bit of peace and quiet. Our townhouse is plenty big enough for them to find a corner to themselves, and we’ve even got a dedicated spare bedroom that acts as a "quiet zone." It’s the perfect spot for a long nap or some downtime if the rest of the house feels a bit too busy for them. I’m really flexible and happy to stick to whatever routine they’re used to at home.

Safety & Bits and Bobs

Keeping everyone safe is my top priority. To make sure my own pets and yours stay healthy, I only take in guests who are fully up-to-date with their vaccinations. I also like to do a quick "Meet & Greet" at the local park before a first-time stay. It’s a great way to make sure our dogs get along on neutral ground before they settle in at the house. I’ll be sure to send plenty of photos and updates so you can see exactly how much fun they’re having!
