Hello, I'm Katie, and I understand how important it is to find the right person to care for your dogs, so you can have real peace of mind while you're away!

I've grown up with dogs and currently have two of my own, a chocolate Labrador and a border terrier, so I'm very used to different personalities and needs. My border terrier can be anxious in unfamiliar environments, which has given me a good understanding of how to support dogs who need a bit more patience and reassurance. I've also cared for dogs of friends and family, including day care and holiday stays, and I'm comfortable supporting dogs with medication or minor care.

I work from home, and my days follow a calm, consistent routine that balances activity and rest. Dogs in my care are included alongside my own, with regular outdoor time, play and countryside walks suited to their energy levels. 

I live on approx. 2 acres of fully fenced grounds that the dogs are welcome to explore. Your dogs will have access to family space and, as appropriate, a dedicated annex for quiet time. 

I'm generally at home most of the time, so dogs would not be left for more than a couple of hours, but this would be part of our meet & greet discussion so that I can work around you dog(s) needs. 

Overnight, they would be safely sleeping in the cool, large kitchen area, or annexe.

Dogs must be friendly with children and other dogs, and I do require a meet-and-greet for everyone's safety.

I'm very happy to provide regular updates and photos so you can feel confident your dogs are happy, settled and well cared for.
