KHi! For sure there are many dog lovers around UK, and I am one of them that really enjoy spending time with dogs. However, I made a vow not to keep dog pet again after losing my very first dog, a Beagle named Charlie, it was such a heart breaking experience that I cannot possibly go through again. So the only chance I can get in touch with dog is walking in the countryside when people are walking their dogs. Even the encounter is brief, it always bright up my day. Hence, I started to help my neighbors walking their dogs whenever it's needed. And it was so touching to see how dogs appreciate my companionship, they are absolutely grateful and rewarding toward people who regularly walking them. According to one of my neighbors, whenever I was close the house, the dog felt it and was excited about the fun time it will have soon. So I am telling myself, why not give this job a try to not only assist people but the dog companionship? As I am pretty new, I'd like to start from walking, day care and home visits. Once I am familiar with you and your lovely dog, I will consider to also accept dog boarding since there is a small garden in my house and a city park 15 min walk from where I live. Thanks for taking interest and look forward to meet your lovely ones.

ps: I don't mind none vaccinated pets.

I've had dogs in my life for as long as I remember (30+ years experience). Back in Canada, I had a variety of larger breeds (shepherds, dobermanns), while my partner Heidi grew up with small breeds (mini-poodles, terriers). Together, we love and care for dogs all breeds and sizes!

I am a certified in Pet First Aid (2025) trained in CPR and wound management.

Training a rescue dog has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my life. I focus on creating a safe and structured environment where they can learn basic commands, socialisation skills, and proper behaviour without fear or anxiety. Using a combination of reward based training and gentle guidance and plenty of play, I’ve successfully helped rescue dogs transform into well-adjusted confident dogs.

Caring for older more senior dogs is completely different yet equally fulfilling experience. Senior dogs have specific health needs, require a more relaxed pace and benefit from a different kind of attention.

Hi all. I am a working professional and I have done pet sitting for friends and family over the past 25 years. I grew up in Africa and have loads of pets growing up. My childhood friend doggy was a border collie and loads of rabbits and chickens.I have qualified as dog behaviourist with Rob Alleyne from CIA. Currently awaiting with puppy foundation classes and specialist dog behaviour.I can do dog sitting and overnights in the Surrey areaI prefer to take my dogs to a local fully enclosed dog area in Morden called love lane where the dogs can run off leash, on a long leash or on lead. All according to your dogs needs. My policy is that I never allow new dogs off leash on the any first walk / visit for obvious reasons. I am willing to offer some home sitting options or walks for other doggy lovers out there. I have a fully enclosed garden which is very spacious for home sits. I am willing to accept drop-offs and pick-ups of your pups at my place for a day sit. I have a little jack russell who loves other dogs, gets on amazing company with all the dogs who come over so she will be with me for your consideration.
Happy to walk your pet in the local Morden area for longer than the app timing of needed.
Essential to do a meet and greet, and even a day care BEFORE any booking overnight stays again for obvious reasonsAs a dog owner I understand how difficult it is to get a reliable trustworthy sitter. And especially when going away for a weekend or overnight that is not going to cost the owner an absolute fortune.

Hi,
I am Raki and I've been a pet sitter with Pawshake for over two years. Unfortunately, Pawshake does not allow one to transfer an account from one country to another so this is my new account.

I started boarding and walking dogs (sometimes cats) as a hobby while living in Finland. I welcomed more than 30 dogs during this time (see gallery). This taught me the subtle differences between different breeds and gave me confidence in handling dogs with various temperaments.

While it started out as a hobby, I really enjoyed spending time with dogs and eventually began spending more time with them. Presently, I am pursuing a course in dog training to become a professional dog trainer.

I have had both had dogs (and cats) since our childhood. While I am unable to host dogs at the moment like before I love to get to know the dogs and dog owners in the neighborhood and take them on walks

I believe that every person must know the joy and love animals bring to our lives and therefore love helping others to take care of their loved ones when for some reason they cannot.
I am also a bit of a photographer, and love taking pictures of dogs. You will see some of these in the gallery.
About Services
Presently, the services I offer include dog walking and day time home visits for dog care. Each dog walk is about 30-45 minutes depending on the dog's requirements. I am able to walk multiple dogs (up to 4 dogs ) at the same time. Dog walks can be arranged in the morning, afternoon and in the evening for a maximum of two times a day.
I also offer home visits where I can visit your home in South London, take them on a walk, provide meals and administer any oral medication. The maximum time for a home visit is one hour.
If you're looking for a reliable, experienced and regular dog walker in London area, feel free to message me :)

Hi, I'm Andy. I'm an artist, sculptor and van-lifer. I'm a practising Buddhist (so taking special care of your pets and house is very good karma in my book :-). I’ve always been around animals, to me they are always family, and feel they add a particular joy and bliss to everything, and, for me as a Buddhist, they are the best teachers of being in the moment.
I’ve cared for and loved animals for over 30 years, including many dogs, cats, birds, chickens, hamsters and the odd goat and horse. I’ve also volunteered for animals charities over the years. I’ve experienced most situations and particular emotional and/or medical needs when it comes to animals, especially caring for older animals.
The reason I became a pet-sitter officially was so I could be with animals – as for me, travelling in a camper wasn’t an ideal place for a pet). So for the past five years as a sitter, I cared for pets in Spain, Portugal and Morocco, and across the UK. I am experienced, caring and compassionate. I love going on nature walks, being creative, reading, and enjoying the simple pleasures in life, mainly warm scones. I'm a non-smoker and drinker, and a lover of routine.
It’s very important to offer a calm and consistent environment for a pet. If the pet feels safe, happy, and cared for, you can build trust. It’s also very important to build trust with an owner, for peace of mind knowing that their loved pet is well looked after. I make sure any space is pet-proof and comfortable and remain consistent in established feeding and activity routine. I maintain constant supervision, especially if there are multiple pets. And, if required, I will happily offer updates about a pet's activities, behaviours, and well-being.
I'm my own boss, so I am very flexible and adaptable. Essentially my office, art studio and home is my camper van ‘Bella’. I am lover of routine, and, as part of Buddhist practice, I meditate and clean everyday.
As I am new to this site, I have no reviews yet. I also use Housesitters UK, here's my profile and reviewshttps://[link hidden]
Thank you

I’ve always had a deep love and respect for animals, which is what motivates me to be a pet sitter. Caring for pets doesn’t feel like a job to me—it’s something I genuinely enjoy and find rewarding. I understand how important pets are as members of the family, so I treat every animal in my care with patience, kindness, and attention to their individual needs
I have hands-on experience working with animals through both personal care and my studies. I have a Level 2 Veterinary Nurse Assistant course, which has given me valuable knowledge about animal health, behaviour, and welfare. I’ve also cared for a variety of pets, including small animals and dogs, so I’m confident handling different temperaments and routines. I have experience working as a veterinary care assistant in both referral and first opinion practices.
I have 7 guinea pigs and therefore know lots about small rodents. I also have a Scottie dog, therefore have great experience with stubborn dogs!
My goal as a pet sitter is to provide a safe, calm, and loving environment where pets feel comfortable while their owners are away. I am attentive to feeding schedules, exercise needs, and any specific instructions given.
For the safety of all animals in my care, I only accept pets that are up to date with their vaccinations. This ensures a healthy environment for everyone. My walks will be as long as your dog needs- if you have a large dog and would like me to walk then an hour, I offer this service.

Since I was little, I have always lived with animals and learned to respect each one of them as part of the family. I have had contact with dogs, cats, birds, horses, cows and chickens, but dogs have always had a special place in my heart. I have two, and Safira, my German Shepherd, was a dream come true. This experience taught me responsibility, patience and, above all, unconditional love.

For me, being around animals feels natural and light, bringing positive energy and true companionship. I enjoy playing, walking, caring and giving all the attention they need. I believe every pet should be treated like a baby, with love and respect, because they all feel and deserve care.

I offer both walks and at-home care, such as feeding, playtime and companionship, always prioritising the pet’s well-being. I easily bond with animals, and I feel they trust me as well. My motivation is simple: to provide happy and safe moments for every pet I look after.

I see your pet as more of your family member and want to treat them as such. Whatever your reason for going away; holiday, work etc, I completely understand you want your hairy friend to be looked after in the best way possible, and that's where I like to fit in.
I was brought up with a multitude of pets running around and see them as an integral part of the family. Their personalities differ, but they all need looking after - especially when the people they love are not at home. That's what I offer - someone they can trust to keep them safe, fed and watered until their family comes home to give them the duffles they're after.
If your companion needs medication ,I can help out (not injectable), and can also bring in your mail or even water your plants – as long as I've been briefed I will do my upmost to leave you worry-free. I don't offer grooming or training, but do offer you and your pets the trust you need until you return home to them.
Where and how long I would take your dog for a walk is really dependant on the age and type of your loved one, plus whereabouts you live in regards to available open spaces. I am always happy to discuss options prior to any posible booking.

Hi! I’m Kelly, an experienced and caring pet sitter and dog walker with a true passion for animals. I’m a proud pet parent to Nova, my energetic Bengal cat, so I fully understand how important it is to find someone you can trust with your furry family member.
I love spending time outdoors and staying active, so dog walking is the perfect fit for me — your dog will enjoy fun, energetic walks and plenty of attention!
What I Offer:
Reliable daily dog walks (short, long, or high-energy walks)
Drop-in visits and check-ins
Feeding, water refresh, and basic medication if needed
Playtime, exercise, and cuddles
Regular updates and photos of your pet
I treat every pet like my own, and I make sure they feel happy, safe, and loved while you’re away. Whether it’s a playful pup or a calm senior dog, I’m happy to care for pets of all sizes and personalities.
Let me give you peace of mind and your pet a new best friend!

Having a years-old Mongrel dog of my own, I understand the importance of regular exercise and stimulation for canine companions. With a sporty nature and a love for the outdoors, I'm more than equipped to keep up with even the most energetic pups during our dog walking sessions. Whether it's a leisurely stroll around the neighborhood or a brisk jog through the park, I tailor each walk to suit the needs and preferences of the individual dog, ensuring they get the exercise and mental stimulation they crave.
As a pet owner myself, I understand the trust and responsibility that comes with entrusting someone else with the care of your furry family member. That's why I prioritize clear communication, reliability, and a genuine love for animals in everything I do. When you choose me as your pet sitter, you can rest assured that your beloved dog is in capable and caring hands.

I’ve always loved animals, and been fond of any family or friends pets I had met. At any party or gathering, you will always see me in the corner with a pet instead of mingling with people! I became my own pet owner over 2 years ago with my baby kitten Whiskey who turns 3 this September. He has quickly become my world, and I pride myself on being the best owner I can to him. More recently, in December my Partner and I adopted a cat called Cleo. She had been rehomed three times (includes coming to us) so had a nervous/anxious personality. Through patience, loving and understanding she’s come out of her shell and continues to settle well.
My Partner has grown up with animals and introduced many into our home that I’ve experienced such as: A Gecko, Praying Mantis and all types of tropical fish.
I work from home three days a week and so can offer pet care before I begin work at 09:30, lunch time runs if local or after I finish at 17:30. My days at home alternate every week so please check my schedule.
I’ve plenty of experience with dogs and cats and cater to all your needs.
Should I visit your house I can play, feed and lightly groom your pets. If you’d like me to walk your dog I know some fabulous safe walks in the area to get them some healthy exercise.
I’m always open to being taught new tricks so please feel free to enquire.
