I have been around animals for most of my life and have experience caring for a variety of different pets, each with their own needs and routines. I have looked after dogs for friends and family and understand how important it is to give them plenty of attention, exercise, patience and companionship. I have also had experience looking after my friend’s tortoise and chickens, which taught me that different animals require very different types of care. With the tortoise, I made sure it was properly fed and had a suitable, safe environment, while with the chickens I helped make sure they were fed, had access to water and were safe and comfortable in their surroundings. I enjoy spending time with animals and take their wellbeing seriously. I’m patient and responsible, and I’m happy to follow an owner’s instructions carefully regarding feeding, walking, medication, routines and anything else their pet may need. I would always treat a pet in my care as if it were my own and make sure they receive plenty of care, attention and affection.
