I have always had pets around me my whole life, whether it was cats, dogs, hamsters, rabbits, and more. During lockdown, my parents created a pet hotel, which allowed owners to bring their pets to our home for us to look after. We also would go to owners homes as they were away to stay with cats for at least half an hour, feeding, playing, and keeping it company. I have always been eager to help my parents out as I have always loved animals, sometimes even doing some jobs by myself. One of my cats has fallen pregnant a few times, so I also have experience raising kittens from birth until the age they were given for adoption. I am able to walk dogs, even big dogs if they aren't too strong, as we have previously owned a bull terrier who was very energetic! I can walk for up to an hour, up to twice a day (if not too far, SW16 area for more than once a day). I am in university 3 days of the week, so overnight stays I could do Friday, Saturday, and Sunday evenings, and then Mondays, Wednesdays, and the weekend all day. I could also be available Thursdays and Fridays 3pm onwards. When coming to visit, I will make sure to warmely greet the pet, clean litter box, give fresh food and water, cuddle (if that is what the pet likes) and of course play. I can also do pet visits (30min-1hr) if near Baker Street during my lunch break. When coming into/ leaving the home, I am always very careful when opening and closing/locking the door to ensure the pet doesn't quickly run out, as I already do this with my current pets! Before leaving, I will ensure that all windows/doors are closed, and make sure there is no potentially harmful objects out on display that could harm the pet if they get into it. If you have any questions about specific times and days, please send me a message and I will try be as flexible as possible! :)
