I'm a lifelong animal lover with hands-on experience caring for dogs and cats. I have volunteered with Soi Dog Foundation in Thailand and 2nd Chance Rescue in Qatar, where I spent time caring for rescue dogs with a wide range of personalities and backgrounds.

I’m also an experienced TrustedHousesitters pet sitter with excellent references, and have been pet sitting through the platform since 2019. I have been trusted to look after both pets and their owners’ homes, and I’m comfortable caring for dogs and cats of different ages, personalities and temperaments. I understand how important it is to follow an owner’s usual routines and help pets feel safe, settled and relaxed while they are in my care.

I am equally happy spending time with cats, including feeding, refreshing water, cleaning litter trays, playing with them or simply providing company if that is what they prefer. I also have experience administering oral medication to an elderly dog for arthritis and incontinence.

I work freelance from home, so I have a good degree of flexibility and can spend plenty of time with pets rather than leaving them alone for long periods. I live alone in my own home and have no pets of my own. Although I don’t have a garden, I live in a rural location with countryside walks right outside the door, making it particularly well suited to dogs that enjoy getting out and exploring.

I’m reliable, responsible and genuinely enjoy spending time with animals, whether that means a good walk, playtime or simply keeping them company. I know every pet is different, so I’m very happy to follow feeding schedules, walking routines and any other instructions you provide.
