I understand how important it is to follow an owner’s usual routines and help pets feel safe, settled and relaxed while they are in my care. I am equally happy spending time with cats, including feeding, refreshing water, cleaning litter trays, playing with them or simply providing company if that is what they prefer. I also have experience administering oral medication to an elderly dog for arthritis and incontinence. I work freelance from home, so I have a good degree of flexibility and can spend plenty of time with pets rather than leaving them alone for long periods. I live alone in my own home and have no pets of my own. Although I don’t have a garden, I live in a rural location with countryside walks right outside the door, making it particularly well suited to dogs that enjoy getting out and exploring. I’m reliable, responsible and genuinely enjoy spending time with animals, whether that means a good walk, playtime or simply keeping them company.
