Hi I am Jazz the owner of Walkys with Jazzy and I am 20 years old and have always had a strong passion for animals. Growing up, my family owned dogs for many years, which helped build my love and understanding of them from a young age. When I was 16, I bought my first dog, a spaniel called Lula, who is now 4 years old. I have trained and cared for her myself ever since, which has given me valuable hands-on experience in handling, training and understanding dogs.

Alongside this, I have owned my horse, Watford, since I was 12. Horses have been a huge part of my life and I began working with them professionally at just 15 years old. I worked full-time as a travelling event groom for nearly four years, gaining extensive experience caring for animals, working outdoors, and managing responsibility in busy and demanding environments.

After this, I moved into an office job so I could save money and go travelling. I spent time travelling around Thailand, Vietnam, Australia and Bali before returning home and resuming my office role. Although this experience was amazing, it made me realise how much I miss working outside and spending my time around animals.

Dog walking feels like the perfect next step for me. Animals have always been my main passion in life, and being able to spend my days caring for and exercising dogs combines my experience, lifestyle and love for animals perfectly.
