Hi, I'm Jemma, I've been caring for dogs professionally for over 20 years, and what started as a love of animals has grown into a wonderful family-run dog day care and boarding business here in Waltham Abbey. We understand that your dog isn't just a pet; they're a much-loved member of your family. That's why we treat every dog who stays with us as one of our own, providing plenty of love, attention, playtime and cuddles in a safe, friendly and relaxed home environment. A Real Home from Home – No Kennels! Unlike traditional boarding kennels, all our dogs stay in our family home, where they can relax, socialise and enjoy being part of everyday family life. We're incredibly fortunate to have our own two-acre, securely fenced field, giving our four-legged guests plenty of space to run, explore, play and enjoy enriching activities throughout the day. Whether your dog loves chasing a ball, making new friends, exploring the great outdoors or simply finding a comfortable spot for a snooze, we want them to feel happy, safe and completely at home. Our Services 🐾 Doggy Day Care: Available seven days a week, from 7.30am until 9pm. Your dog can enjoy a fun-filled day of play, exercise, socialisation and relaxation. We also offer a convenient collection and drop-off service across Waltham Abbey, Epping, Loughton and Theydon Bois. We normally collect before 10am and return your happy, tired dog after 4pm. 🐾 Home Dog Boarding: Going away for a night, a weekend or a longer holiday? Your dog can stay with us in our family home, enjoying the same care, comfort and attention we give our own dogs. Boarding is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Experience You Can Trust We've been welcoming dogs into our lives and home since 2005, building lasting relationships with both our four-legged guests and their owners. Many of our lovely dogs have been coming to us for years, which is something we're especially proud of. We're fully insured and hold a five-star dog boarding and day care licence from Epping Forest District Council, the highest council rating available. We're also incredibly proud of our excellent Google reviews from local dog owners who trust us to care for their pets. Personalised Care and Supervision We want every dog staying with us to feel safe, happy and well cared for. We carefully manage the number of dogs in our care to ensure everyone receives plenty of individual attention, exercise and affection. We understand that each dog has their own personality, routine and needs, so we're always happy to discuss these with owners before their first visit. We can also discuss any medication requirements in advance, helping ensure your dog's usual care routine is maintained during their stay. A Few Things to Know We specialise in caring for small and medium-sized dogs and aim to create a happy, sociable environment where everyone feels comfortable. Male dogs over one year old must be neutered. For overnight stays, we ask owners to provide their dog's usual food, any necessary medication and something familiar from home, such as a favourite blanket or toy, to help them settle in.
