Unlike standard pet sitters, I focus on your dog's emotional wellbeing, routine, and behaviour. My aim is to provide a safe, low-stress environment where dogs feel secure, understood, and well cared for.

What Your Dog Can Expect

• 30 to 45-minute walks tailored to their energy levels

• Plenty of rest and relaxation

• Gentle training and structure throughout the day

To maintain a calm environment, I only care for up to 2 dogs at a time, or 3 dogs from the same household.

I'm trained to recognise early signs of anxiety, discomfort, or overstimulation and respond appropriately. In the event of an emergency, I will assess the situation, contact you immediately, and seek veterinary care if required.

Meet & Greet

All new clients are required to book a meet-and-greet before their first stay.

• Meet & Greet Fee: £10

• Lasts approximately 20-30 minutes

• Gives us the chance to discuss your dog's needs and ensure we're the right fit

Collection & Drop-Off Service

For added convenience, I can collect and return your dog from your home, subject to availability and location.

Additional travel fees may apply and will be discussed before booking.

Late Collection & After-Hours Policy

Standard Hours

• Drop-offs and collections between 8:00am and 6:00pm are included in your booking.

After-Hours Fee

• Collections or drop-offs after 6:00pm incur a £15 fee.

Late Collection Fee

• If you are more than 30 minutes late without prior notice, a £15 late fee may apply.

• Additional delays may result in further charges.

Overnight Collection

• Dogs not collected on the agreed day may be charged for an additional night of boarding at the standard boarding rate.

Advance Notice

• Delays happen, and I always appreciate advance notice where possible.

• After-hours collections and drop-offs are subject to availability.

By confirming your booking, you agree to these terms and any applicable transport, late collection, after-hours, or additional boarding charges.
