Hi! I’m Alexa, an animal-loving, experienced pet owner with plenty of time to give your pets some extra love and attention! 🐾

I’ve grown up with both cats and dogs and have always been very comfortable around animals of all shapes, sizes and personalities. I genuinely love getting to know each pet’s individual character, whether they’re a very energetic dog who needs a good walk, a nervous pup who needs some patience, or a cat who is happiest having someone pop in for food, cuddles and a bit of company.

I work from home Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday in Woodbridge, so I have lots of flexibility for pet care. I’m available for morning visits, lunchtime visits and visits after 6pm on those days, as well as throughout the weekend.

For drop-in visits, I’m happy to spend around 30 minutes with your pet, including feeding, refreshing their water, letting dogs into the garden for a toilet break, cleaning litter trays, playing, giving cuddles and generally keeping them company. I’m also happy to stay a little longer where needed or follow your pet’s usual routine and instructions.

For dogs, I can also offer walks of around 30–60 minutes depending on your dog’s needs, energy level and usual routine. I’m comfortable with dogs of all sizes and breeds and happy to accommodate everything from a gentle wander to a more energetic walk.

My husband and I aren’t quite ready to get our own pets yet, as we may potentially move back to Canada (where I’m originally from) in the next few years. Pet sitting is therefore a lovely way for me to spend time with animals while giving you the reassurance that your pets are being looked after by someone who genuinely enjoys their company.

I’ll always treat your pets, home and routines with care and respect, and my main goal is for your animals to feel happy, safe and well looked after while you’re away. 🐶🐱💕
